ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing (referred to as “ServeDeck Attendee Module”) is an automated registration system set up at any of the participating business premises to facilitate the contact-tracing process. With your consent to provide limited information (name and phone number), you will be informed immediately if you have been exposed to an infected person who had visited the same premises as you.
Upon submission of your information, it will be submitted and stored in a centralized server which contains a list of all the patrons or customers and is managed and accessed by authorized personnel of the business premises.
This privacy statement may be updated and amended from time to time and the updated version shall apply and supersede all previous versions, including but not limited to, leaflets or hard copy versions.

By using ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing, Business Premises owners/operators (referred to as “ServeDeck Customers”) have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entire Privacy Statement on ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing below.

We will only store your information for the duration that COVID-19 exists as a public health threat to our community. The sensitive data will be store encrypted and securely on the centralised server.
You may amend your visit log data by emailing to email@example.com with your name and mobile number you used to submit to ServeDeck.
Once we have received your email, we will amend your information (name, mobile number, date and time of visit of the premise) from our centralized server accordingly.
You may also amend or change your mobile number at any given time from the ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing form directly, with re-register the detail.
ServeDeck uses a secure web application and our database is encrypted. Amongst other security implementations, we assure you that we have taken the relevant appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect and secure the personal information provided to us on ServeDeck.
