Do I need to buy any hardware to use this?

No. You can use your own mobile phone and Thermal Scanner to perform.

Do you provide hardware too?

Yes, we do provide hardware. Hardware is optional and subjected to charges. Hardware includes mobile thermal scanner, which will make the solution became fully automated.

How do you charge?

Only RM1 per day and no extra charges will be apply.

What is the commitment period?

Minimum 1 month, you can unsubscribe anytime you like.

How do I access my report?

You will have an Admin ID to login our Web portal for retrieving reports.

Yes. For security purposes, your employees will be provided with ID. 2 Users ID – 1 for manager, 1 for staff.

Do my customers/visitors need to fill up everytime?

No. System will remember their IDs. They only need to fill up their ID number then information and QR code will appear.

Who can access my data?

Only managers will be able to generate visitors report.

What if my visitor doesn't have smartphone or internet?

Staff can help customer to register on their behalf.

Privacy Statement on ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing

ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing (referred to as “ServeDeck Attendee Module”) is an automated registration system set up at any of the participating business premises to facilitate the contact-tracing process. With your consent to provide limited information (name and phone number), you will be informed immediately if you have been exposed to an infected person who had visited the same premises as you.

Upon submission of your information, it will be submitted and stored in a centralized server which contains a list of all the patrons or customers and is managed and accessed by authorized personnel of the business premises.

This privacy statement may be updated and amended from time to time and the updated version shall apply and supersede all previous versions, including but not limited to, leaflets or hard copy versions.

Use of ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing by Business Premises

By using ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing, Business Premises owners/operators (referred to as “ServeDeck Customers”) have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the entire Privacy Statement on ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing below.

Type of Data

Unlike other contact-tracing technology, we do not collect data about your GPS location. The only data we will be collecting and storing is:

  • your name
  • your mobile number
  • time and date of visit at the respective premise
  • your email address (optional)

Purpose

Your personal information will only be used for contact-tracing of persons and for contacting you if you are at risk of being exposed to COVID19. We will not share any of your information with any non-authorized personnel and it will not be used for any commercial activities.

Control

Storage

We will only store your information for the duration that COVID-19 exists as a public health threat to our community. The sensitive data will be store encrypted and securely on the centralised server.

Amendment

You may amend your visit log data by emailing to info@servedeck.com with your name and mobile number you used to submit to ServeDeck.

Once we have received your email, we will amend your information (name, mobile number, date and time of visit of the premise) from our centralized server accordingly.

You may also amend or change your mobile number at any given time from the ServeDeck Digital Contact Tracing form directly, with re-register the detail.

Security

ServeDeck uses a secure web application and our database is encrypted. Amongst other security implementations, we assure you that we have taken the relevant appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect and secure the personal information provided to us on ServeDeck.
