ServeDeck Public Training Series #3: Preventive Maintenance Module
ServeDeck recently conducted the third session of its Public Training Series, focusing on the Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Module.
The online training session welcomed over 100 participants and was designed to help ServeDeck users better understand how to maximise the capabilities of the PPM module for day-to-day facility and maintenance operations.
The session covered practical areas such as planning and scheduling preventive maintenance activities, managing recurring maintenance tasks, improving work order planning and execution, and adopting better practices for daily maintenance workflows.
Preventive maintenance plays an important role in helping organisations reduce reactive maintenance, improve asset reliability, and maintain greater consistency across their operations. When users understand how to apply the module effectively, maintenance planning becomes more structured and easier to monitor.
As facility and property operations continue to digitalise, user adoption remains a key part of long-term success. The training provided participants with practical guidance on how to use ServeDeck more effectively while improving visibility, accountability, and operational control across their maintenance teams.
The session also gave participants the opportunity to engage directly with the ServeDeck team, clarify workflow questions, and share challenges from their respective organisations.
At ServeDeck, customer success extends beyond system implementation. Through ongoing training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, we remain committed to helping users maximise the value of ServeDeck and strengthen their digital transformation journey.
We would like to thank all participants for their time, questions, and engagement throughout the session. We look forward to continuing our training initiatives and supporting users across more ServeDeck modules.
